Barbara Voigt is currently the longest-serving member of the Agency Board.  She was first elected in November 1988.  She represents Division 4, which includes most of Cherry Valley and a portion of the City of Beaumont.

She is a longtime resident of Cherry Valley, having raised a family there with her late husband.  She is an avid freshwater and salt-water kayaker. 

She serves on the Engineering, Finance and Budget, Water Conservation and Education, and Employee Guide Committees. 

Re-elected in 2006, her term runs through November 2010.
