Chris Mann was first elected to the Agency Board in November 2004.  He represents Division 2, which includes much of the City of Banning.

A native of Westlake Village, he previously served as city councilman and mayor of that city.  He is currently a business owner in Banning.

Chris Mann serves as Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee.  He resides in Banning.
