
Dick Larsen was first elected to the Board in November 1999. He represents Division 5, which includes the City of Calimesa and unincorporated areas eastward to Cherry Valley.
He was born in Riverside and raised in San Diego. He received a B.S. degree in Forestry from the University of California at Berkeley in 1949. He is a veteran of the U. S. Army, having served a tour of duty in Korea from 1951-52. He has lived in the Pass area since 1993.
Dick Larsen spent most of his career in the flooring and carpeting
business, much of it as president of his own company. He is
Chairman of the Engineering Committee and the Water Conservation
and Education Committee. He lives with his wife Helen in Calimesa.
