Bill Dickson was elected to the Board November 4, 2008.  He serves as the Chair of the Employee Guide Committee and the Vice-Chair of the Engineering Committee. He is Past-Chairman of the Banning Planning Commission. 

Bill and his wife Connie have been married for 38 years.  Together they have six grown children, 13 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.  They have lived in Banning for 9 years.

He served in the US Navy from 1957-1971, including time as a Navy Corpsman with a Marine Infantry Unit in Vietnam from 1964-65.  He is a local businessman, serving as an agent for Direct Loan America.

He is a member of numerous community committees, including the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for the San Gorgonio Pass area, Banning General Plan Committee, Stagecoach Days Committee, Playhouse Bowl Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Parks & Recreation Commission.

His term runs through November 2012.
